What are the best aspects of this product?
Hotjar did me a great deal by cutting down my subscriptions. With their visitor recordings, heatmpas, and survey widgets, I have a platform at my disposal with three essential features that's simple to use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If you're asking me to spend a lot or even think about paying for a bunch of features with this software --- then you're dead wrong. I pay nothing and I get a ton of features with Hotjar. What's not to not like?
