What are the best aspects of this product?
A reasonably priced software with a ton of features at your disposal (I can't think of another software like it). Session recording is incredibly well. At a low cost, I get to see my client's performance and behavior on the site.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We don't like its heatmpas and support. We feel they're disruptive when working with screen shots of pages we've selected. Sinc we opted for a cheap account, suport wasn't as good as we hoped.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to solve a lot of issues with our funnels. At the same time, we have a good grasp on understanding how our clients behave via session recording.
