What are the best aspects of this product?

Having the ability to extract data from user records is simply the best. We're able to see parts where users tend to get stuck with, when they head over to FAQs, and the info they're after. This is so valuable that it helped us give info to users in places they're looking into.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If there's any tool present that aids in running pre-analysis on recordings to direct us to sticking points, then this tool would've functioned more efficiently.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been using Hotjar to enhance out sales funnel. We were able to remove distractions and offer customers with the right info. In a nutshell, this software did a good job in helping us sell more.
