PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like their multi-playback and session recording functionality. Session recording is a great approach to see user interaction with your services/product. Their playback gives you an idea where interactions are happening with your services/product. Having the ability to fast forward or skip viewing is an added bonus.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When going through pages containing embedded tabs, heatmap recording can't be used. Depending on how things are laid out, you could lose out on critical insights there. Their funnel functionality isn't as heavy as I thought.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Gaining insight on our written reports use. By looking into the videos, we're able to see users communicating with content. Exit points gave us the flexibility to re-work reports.
