PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

User polls and surveys are easy to set up and run, allowing you to quickly gather actionable insights. The 'exit intent' survey is particularly useful, catching users as they leave your site and letting you ask whether they found what they needed. A good range of features are available out of the box, and if you have a relatively low-traffic site you may never need to upgrade to the paid versions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have never found the heat map function particularly useful, and I wish the surveys were a bit more customizable in terms of look and feel.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Wouldn't mind more detailed reporting and analytics in the platform itself.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to make substantive user experience changes based on exit intent data which had a measurable impact on our e-commerce conversion rate.
