What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that HotSchedules is constantly updated to make it easy for us to look at our work hours and get in touch with colleagues because their contact information is available on the same platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's more convenient to navigate the app and use the calendar function on the mobile app, but it's not free. The website could use improvements that the app has.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I used to see my schedule tacked on our bulletin board, so HotSchedules has made that easier now that we've gone paperless. It's easier on the eyes too in terms of design.
