Great user-friendly program

What are the best aspects of this product?

Because of the messaging feature that enables email and text notifications and shows colleague's contact information, it's so easy to show my availability and communicates with the team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd love to receive notifications when a shift is released and is up for grabs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It would be great if I can also be notified when a shift is made available so I can pick it up.
