What are the best aspects of this product?

I can access HotSchedules at any time. It's organized so well that I can see my work schedule, approved holidays, and messages from colleagues and management.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would help if I can also see my colleagues' schedules more accurately too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Instead of individual emails, it's now easier to upload everyone's schedule on the app. I'm also avoiding being late for work because HotSchedules sends notifications.
