What are the best aspects of this product?
I've been a HotSchedules user for several years. I love that it's designed so well that you can see your schedule, who else is on the same shift and who isn't. Staff communications are now so easy because everyone's contact information is there.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish there's a quicker way for managers to upload their staff's schedules.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There's clarity now about the schedules and confusion about when they're coming in is avoided, and it's easier to do shift swaps on the app.
