What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that the app is a convenient way for us to get notified about our schedules and messages from the company to all staff.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no doubt the login/out glitch on the mobile app will be resolved in future updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

HotSchedules is a more efficient employee communications platform. Contact information of all staff is also accessible.
