What are the best aspects of this product?

HotSchedules is an incredibly convenient mobile app for releasing and swapping work shifts, request time off and receive work update notifications.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile app is not free, but it's all yours after you pay for it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used to write down requests for time off and update your available work hours, which makes it difficult to cover shifts when needed. With HotSchedule, we can now do all those things and there's less paperwork to manage.
