What are the best aspects of this product?

HotSchedules is an effective employee communications tool. As long as the employees have internet, HotSchedules' built-in messaging feature notifies staff about their schedules, time off requests and swaps, meetings and staff-wide updates in real time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing major, but it would be great if I also have access to the schedule of other colleagues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

HotSchedules solved our issues with letting people know scheduled meetings and tweaks in a colleague's schedule so we can easily cover available shifts.
