What are the best aspects of this product?

It shares my available hours and notifies me about my shift assignments. I can also see my colleagues' contact information and what they're working on with me in real time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be better if the app were free and more adaptable to mobile devices. We could also use a more intuitive website and notifications for available shifts we can pick up.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's now much easier for sharing my available hours and holiday requests, as well as messages from the company.
