What are the best aspects of this product?

The first thing that I will mention here is that this software comes with the best technical support ever! The support team will do all the possible things to make the product work as per your requirements. The best feature till now is the mobile phone application. Other brilliant and easy features include the scheduling and invoicing features. All in all, the product has by far, saved a lot of our money.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You cannot find lots of faults with this product. Even if you dont like something, the constant upgrading of the app always fixes things up. In case there is any trouble faced with the program, you can simply communicate with the tech support team and your queries will be resolved quickly and easily.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The program is designed to solve anything and everything. For the technical field, the app has made utilization very simpler. We can have the notifications an hour early so that we can have an idea about where we need to be and at what time.
