PROS: By handling the schedules and routines for our Cleaning Company, HouseCall has turned out to be a great program which has made our life very easy. This software is highly recommended by us, as it is very undemanding, upbeat and the customer service is great too.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike. The best thing is that the software is cloud-based that makes it quite handy to be accessed anywhere. No one can beat the customer support. You can smoothly do the scheduling and rescheduling and, with the help of the stats/tags, you can track your sales and customers without much hassle. Also, the user interface is very simple and spontaneous. The design of the software makes it quite easy to communicate with the customers, without much effort.

PROS: HouseCall Pro makes it easy for us to organize our schedule, GPS coordinates, etc. I like how the software automatically sends data to QuickBooks as well as the ability to configure automated postcards or emails for our customers once we have delivered our services.

CONS: While it is an awesome tool, I'd still prefer an app that has desktop features like immediate access to invoice number and the ability to set up new service items.

PROS: When I started using HouseCall Pro, it was a promising app with tons of potential. Limited at first, the app grew and now it has become a simple yet useful app for me who is a ServiceMonster client for a decade. I love how easy it is for me to master it, the notifications and navigation is awesome and the customer service is excellent.

CONS: Syncing with my bank and Quickbooks are lacking but I believe that they will address this soon.

PROS: I love that HouseCall Pro is a mobile-first application. No need to log on to the web for it to work. Our techs can now accept credit card payments and everything is updated in real time.

CONS: It lacks reporting functionalities. Add them and I will be very ompressed. Other than that, it has everything we need to help us with our operations.

PROS: HouseCall Pro has a very friendly and intuitive interface. Integrattion with Quickbooks is very seamless. It allows me access in the field, so I am aware of what's going on at all times. The best part is they continue of developing their product, adding on more features. They take into consideration the inputs and feedbacks of their users.

CONS: I had a hard time choosing which package I need for my business. It was my fault to be honest. I should have asked questions so I could get the best solution.

PROS: Schedule management for our Cleaning Company has become simpler since we started using HouseCall Pro. It is a user-friendly, proactive too with excellent customer service to boot. The price is also cost-effective. I highly recommend this product.

CONS: There is nothing I dislike about the software. It is everything we need from a cloud-bsed marketing software. Customer service is unmatched and the interface is fluid and very intuitive.

PROS: I greatly like the postcard and email marketing fatures. The branding is also excellent as my clients gets at least seven logo impressions of my business whenever we transact. Best of all, it is user-friendly and very intuitive.

CONS: There is nothing I really dislike, except for the time when I was having difficulty with the QuickBooks integration. But their customer service rep really did a fine job and fixed every issue I was having.

PROS: HouseCall Pro has been great! The tool simplifies many tasks such as job scheduling, fee structuring for credit cards and quickly disbursing from my HouseCall account directly to my bank. It has a simple, user-friendly interface that simplifies communication. No more manual texting or emailing of job info to my employees. HouseCall Pro hasn't froze or crashed on me and it makes everything simple and organized.

CONS: The only flaw I see in this awesome software is that I can see the exact current location of my employees. I hope they would make a feature that allows schedulers to see the exact, real-time location of theur employees so they can choose the closest one to send to the job.

PROS: The first thing that I will mention here is that this software comes with the best technical support ever! The support team will do all the possible things to make the product work as per your requirements. The best feature till now is the mobile phone application. Other brilliant and easy features include the scheduling and invoicing features. All in all, the product has by far, saved a lot of our money.

CONS: You cannot find lots of faults with this product. Even if you dont like something, the constant upgrading of the app always fixes things up. In case there is any trouble faced with the program, you can simply communicate with the tech support team and your queries will be resolved quickly and easily.

PROS: We have no problems dispatching our crews with HC PRO. We Our business serves clients in several locations and this software enables us to simplify call management processes. I would like to say that the Customer Support is excellent as well. Tis translates to better business operations because support is there. They send us regular updates and deliver screenshots, which I am able to share with our team!

CONS: The lack of integration annoys me but I hear they are working hard to address this flaw.
