Pros: HouseCall Pro makes it easy for us to organize our schedule, GPS coordinates, etc. I like how the software automatically sends data to QuickBooks as well as the ability to configure automated postcards or emails for our customers once we have delivered our services.
Cons: While it is an awesome tool, I'd still prefer an app that has desktop features like immediate access to invoice number and the ability to set up new service items.

Pros: This HR software comes with a number of excellent tools and functionalities that greatly benefit small businesses and startups. The customer service reps know their product and provide answers quickly to any question. I like that they are also very professional.
Cons: Even with a very robust feature set, I feel that there some capabilities lacking and can really affect our business operations. The reporting options are also inadequate at least for me.
