What are the best aspects of this product?

This HR software comes with a number of excellent tools and functionalities that greatly benefit small businesses and startups. The customer service reps know their product and provide answers quickly to any question. I like that they are also very professional.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Even with a very robust feature set, I feel that there some capabilities lacking and can really affect our business operations. The reporting options are also inadequate at least for me.

We were looking for a budget-friendly software to help us transition to a more centralized and efficient platform.
