
What are the best aspects of this product?
We have no problems dispatching our crews with HC PRO. We Our business serves clients in several locations and this software enables us to simplify call management processes. I would like to say that the Customer Support is excellent as well. Tis translates to better business operations because support is there. They send us regular updates and deliver screenshots, which I am able to share with our team!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The lack of integration annoys me but I hear they are working hard to address this flaw.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted to scale and steer our company to seven figures and I found out this is quite difficult without a fully functional communication on accounts with the team.
