By handling the schedules and routines for our Cleaning Company, HouseCall has turned out to be a great program which has made our life very easy. This software is highly recommended by us, as it is very undemanding, upbeat and the customer service is great too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing to dislike. The best thing is that the software is cloud-based that makes it quite handy to be accessed anywhere. No one can beat the customer support. You can smoothly do the scheduling and rescheduling and, with the help of the stats/tags, you can track your sales and customers without much hassle. Also, the user interface is very simple and spontaneous. The design of the software makes it quite easy to communicate with the customers, without much effort.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As a manager or an owner, I have to provide estimates and validate the jobs with customer and this has to be done a day before a move takes place. Along with this, other things are also to be done just one day before the move, like sending information to the personnel. After the move, receipts and bills are to be sent to the customers and for the purpose of quality control, a follow up with customers is also to be performed. With Housecall Pro, I am able to save about 3 hours every day because all the tasks are done automatically. This software has proved out to be very precious for me and now I cannot imagine my life without Housecall Pro.
