PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I greatly like the postcard and email marketing fatures. The branding is also excellent as my clients gets at least seven logo impressions of my business whenever we transact. Best of all, it is user-friendly and very intuitive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I really dislike, except for the time when I was having difficulty with the QuickBooks integration. But their customer service rep really did a fine job and fixed every issue I was having.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has addressed my post customer marketing problems. Now, my customers are more aware of my service and I now have more time for other things in my business.
