What are the best aspects of this product?
HouseCall Pro has been great! The tool simplifies many tasks such as job scheduling, fee structuring for credit cards and quickly disbursing from my HouseCall account directly to my bank. It has a simple, user-friendly interface that simplifies communication. No more manual texting or emailing of job info to my employees. HouseCall Pro hasn't froze or crashed on me and it makes everything simple and organized.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only flaw I see in this awesome software is that I can see the exact current location of my employees. I hope they would make a feature that allows schedulers to see the exact, real-time location of theur employees so they can choose the closest one to send to the job.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
HouseCall Pro helped us in reducing the instances of scheduling issues we experience. We can now take payments via credit cards and monitor our customers in a more organized way.
