
What are the best aspects of this product?
HouseCall Pro makes it easy for us to organize our schedule, GPS coordinates, etc. I like how the software automatically sends data to QuickBooks as well as the ability to configure automated postcards or emails for our customers once we have delivered our services.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
While it is an awesome tool, I'd still prefer an app that has desktop features like immediate access to invoice number and the ability to set up new service items.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted a better communication platform with our customers to inform them of our services. HouseCall Pro made it all easy and effective.
