I love that HouseCall Pro is a mobile-first application. No need to log on to the web for it to work. Our techs can now accept credit card payments and everything is updated in real time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It lacks reporting functionalities. Add them and I will be very ompressed. Other than that, it has everything we need to help us with our operations.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
HouseCall Pro enabled us to collect payments via credit cards, thus increasing our same day collections by up to 85%. Our customers' credit card information and numbers are also secure as we no longer have to write them down.
