What are the best aspects of this product?
It looks great and has a THRIVING community, but mostly focused on inbound marketing
Good for small company looking to have a one-stop-shop for marketing automation and CRM functionality
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a few
1. The inbound community is HEAVILY focused on having prospects come TO YOU rather than being proactive in your outreach. As a result, there are certain limits
2. Additionally, it's not the most robust CRM I've used. If you're really looking to drill down into reporting functionality and filter prospects it's clunkier than some other CRM's out there
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see a more streamlined solution from a true sales CRM perspective
I would love to see a mobile app that didn't take 10 minutes to load

For the use case of the company I was at 8 months ago, Hubspot worked. They were heavily invested in webinars, marketing, website and other online funnels to attract users, which Hubspot was BUILT for.
