Basic and simple CRM. I did not have to go through as long as a training as compared to salesforce
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
the customer support is the worst. I try to talk to customer support for trouble shooting, and they just keep you on the line for a long time. Then when I schedule something, the rep does not even show up.
