What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm using free version and it is excellent - it saves time and energy, automates features like emailing, collects info from the data entered and provides valuable insight through dashboard and analytics. You can always rely on the info provided and analytics from the dashboard.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes it slows down a bit, usually due to maintenance but they always advise you if experiencing difficulties. It may change the appearance of some items (like my signature) although everything is ok. Basically, I have nothing bad to say about it - still haven't tried all the features since using free package.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They've just updated their UI and it works great - all important information in one place. You can also customize your Hubspot property appearance. For now, I think they are in the good place.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sales communication and database creation. Email campaigns automated and gives you more time to focus on more important things.
