What are the best aspects of this product?
We have small business and we cover two counties and most of our billing and contracts are on-line, and this tool lets me know whether the documents I send are arrived or not. I don’t have to worry about lost emails anymore, whenever the email is opened I receive notification about it. It saves lot of time and it reduced the need of phone call.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing that I can think of.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It lets me know when the emails are opened, and it helps us to improve the interaction even with those who cannot pay at the moment. Most of our clients are federal and local government entities. So when I contact them via email I always get notification from HubSpot that lets me know about the opens and clicks.
