What are the best aspects of this product?
The concept is excellent! Though we don’t use it to its fullest (due to the fact that we still use SalesForce), I must admit that I like the interface and some of its features. Specifically, it allows you to observe website activity under potential clients, having the ability to toggle backwards and forwards from my Marketing Dashboard to the Sales component, there is even an option to include the "Meetings Expert" module, as well as the ability to create process. I've considered the Hubspot Sales course and assume that it is superb with high quality information, according to Sales Veterans this software is easy to easy to use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It looks like this software tries to compete with SalesForce as CRM, but I don’t think this will happen. It would be great if the software could provide more data on unknown visitors to the site.

It helps us to attract more leads, and its new features are great for our company because we can easily obtain more and more leads.
