What are the best aspects of this product?

Can you imagine a sales software that allows you to see when your leads have opened your site, or when they have clicked on your email. Well, the truth is you have that kind of software and I really cannot ask for more. With HubSpotSales I’m able to take a look into the mind of the leads and to see what their interests are and what they are searching on my page. Whenever I receive a notification that my mail has been opened, I pick up the phone and I call my lead to engage him.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be frustrating when you see that the prospect has opened your email few times and he still hasn’t contacted you.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to know which clients are interested into the product we offer. It helps us to increase our sales because we know the exact moment when to contact our leads. When I see that someone has opened our mail we instantly call them and start conversation with them.
