What are the best aspects of this product?
This platform is all in one. And by this I mean you have everything in one place: Blogging platform, customer database, keywords grader tool, email marketing, analytics, campaigns automation and workflows, social media management and competitor analysis. You are allowed to host your website on Hubspot too and you can personalize all your contents. You can create your own lists of leads and sales. You can align marketing and sales. It has great customer support service.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I cannot say that this platform is 100% perfect, but the good thing is that their team work on the improvements. I would like to swap content pieces within an existing workflow, otherwise I have to create a new one. I would like to see a feature where I can setup a folder structure for content and even images in front easily.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Hubspot helps us to qualify our client’s leads, setup marketing campaigns and nurture leads effortlessly. Optimization of pages, forms and CTAs can be done easily. Our website has become more centric and we manage to convert incoming traffic into leads.
