What is HubSpot?

HubSpot is an inbound marketing, sales, and CRM suite that provides marketers with all tools and functionalities needed to create compelling content, target the right audience, and sell at least three times faster than their competitors. Another thing HubSpot specializes at is helping businesses enlarge their contact lists, and integrate email metrics directly to the system without complex export and merging. Delivery becomes more effective, and your approach towards customers is more personalized and brand-specific.

The first thing to appreciate about HubSpot is a full-funnel marketing system where users can build, administer, and distribute compelling emails linked to the rest of their marketing tools and applications. You can use it to create dynamically updated membership lists and static one-off email distributions, and rely on the same system to tailor those emails as you want without coding expertise. HubSpot will also offer a gallery of installed templates and analytics that further facilitate delivery.

The CRM kit helps you grow and manage your connections, monitor your deals, and stay organized at any point of time. Instead of dealing with cluttered inboxes and fighting with messy sheets, your agents can now focus on what genuinely matters to your business – selling products and services. What is more, teams up to 1,000 users get to manage an almost unlimited number of contacts without paying for it.

HubSpot Sales, on the other hand, is focused on helping your team close more deals with minimal human intervention. The module is applied to build, automate, and accelerate sales processes, and to save time at every stage of the funnel.

For each of the modules, HubSpot offers access to a reliable tech support team which you can contact by phone, email, or directly on their website.  A lot of training materials are also available in their database to help you maximize its potential and use all of the benefits it can provide you.

Overview of HubSpot Benefits

How exactly would HubSpot benefit your business? To start with, HubSpot combines sales, marketing, and CRM in a single package, allowing users to purchase modules separately or in a single bundle. Basically, it can eliminate the need to use third-party software and save time and money in literally any business environment. Here are the details per each module:

HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is a flexible and powerful customer relationship management solution you can use absolutely free-of-charge, and link it to all locations relevant to your sales without coding knowledge. Integrations include your websites, email service providers, social media profiles, and third-party systems and applications you’re already using. It is exactly the friendly and intuitive interface that makes it possible to import contacts with ease, and use fast leads backlog instead of complex installations and manual enrichment.

HubSpot CRM will also get along with your sales department, as it helps you close more deals with less work. That’s because it organizes and tracks each aspect of your sales pipeline, and helps you grow it and develop in the right direction. The data insights it provides are simply unparalleled, and will certainly help your agents save time they usually spend on research. You can enjoy as much as 1,000,000 contacts and users, and unlimited storage, all available for free. Unlike what you’d normally expect from a free software system, HubSpot actually responds to effectiveness criteria even better than a variety of paid tools. On top of that, it is also flexible enough to meet the needs of individuals, B2B and B2C businesses, those operating in retail, accounting, real estate, construction, or any other industry.

HubSpot Marketing

This advanced module brings all of your marketing efforts together, and helps your team boost conversions. The handiest part of the suite is the possibility to create and deliver engaging and interesting content, optimize it, and make sure it reaches the right audiences and potential buyers.

The best way to think of HubSpot marketing is as a ready-to-use marketing funnel – You simply create an account, place contacts in the most appropriate stage of the funnel, score them, and personalize and distribute your content. Once done with nurturing and evaluation, this system also gives you access to traffic data (a special lead timeline) and lets you analyze the impact of your marketing strategy on sales and overall performance.

The email marketing tool, for instance, is versatile, and lets the user prepare both static and dynamic HTML messages, customize them in accordance with your customers’ persona and behavior factors you believe could give you the response you want. Among other features, you will also have access to scheduling, contact database, mobile marketing, and much more. When it comes to social media, HubSpot Marketing makes it possible to gain valuable social intelligence, and distinguish sources that bring you the most qualified leads (based on interests and lifestyle) instead of managing several profiles.

HubSpot Sales

HubSpot Sales is the key module of the system where users can genuinely confirm its effects first-hand. The system can help your agents close more deals and will boost your revenue in a significantly less time compared to traditional sales software. You can easily automate outreach, and queue up a sequence of personalized emails without risking to communicate with leads in an impersonal way. All due reminders are delivered automatically, including those sent to you whenever a prospect performs the desired action (opens an email, clicks on a link, and so on).

With HubSpot sales, you can create your own personalized email templates, and use the most repetitive among them to measure performance. The system makes it possible to add meeting links to each email, so that your customers wouldn’t miss your calls or fail to open your emails, but rather contact you in a time that is most suitable for them. The interface is just as simple as in the other modules, so inexperienced and novice users have nothing to worry about.

Pros:
My work has become much easier when I started using Hubspot. I can easily integrate the on-site-code and have an access into my page. I am able to see what each customer has seen or done on my site, and this is very helpful especially when their tools provide me with customer’s email. An ability to turn email visitors into leads is more time-saving than outbound marketing. When the customers try to make a contact with the support team we know what features they want, what to ask about, what to talk about, we easily know what they do and don’t know. The snapengage integration is very useful as well.

Cons:
I think that the price is high for small business, $200/monthly plus onboarding fee if you want to start. I would like to see their own live chat that I could turn on with the flick. All in all, the product is great. I believe I haven’t found all the features they offer yet.

Pros:
I was looking for tool that will help me to improve the marketing strategies of my company. We would like to integrate various aspects of the job into one comprehensive platforms. And we finally found Hubspot. We are using this platform for more than 6 months and we still find some new features and tools. My sales team love the integration with Salesforce and this integration helps them to build omni-channel strategies. Even if you work as a communication specialist you will find this platform very useful, because it offers everything you need from blogging, emails, landing pages, newsletters to smart lists.

Cons:
I would like to see some new options for social media sharing and option to add/delete contacts in a smart list.
