PROS: I can clearly say that I can accomplish everything I set out in HubSpot. To be honest, I need more time to find some assistance, or some tips and tricks or I can even call for a contact support but in the end I always finish my task with my website. I am not a web developer but the tools from this platform are really useful.

CONS: The control tools can be a little difficult to manage. Also, when I want to edit a page I need to go into three different places for several clicks and edits. When I modify my screens I see some updates on the screen. I think they need to work on their caching issues.

PROS: Hubspot offers an almost complete suite of marketing tools.

CONS: my biggest issues with Hubspot are: - the sales consultant promised it would provide data features which aren't available. when I tried to address this with the sales consultant I was accused of trying "to misrepresent the conversation" and that he felt "there is a lot of selective hearing involved in all of our conversations to date". I dont think it is appropriate to make such claims about your customers.

PROS: It has everything to do with inbound marketing in a single place. From email marketing to managing and tracking leads, you get all the benefits of a modern marketing tool. Everything is intuitive which means that you get to benefit from marketing automation on the platform. This means that you can free up some of the resources as some tasks will be automated to help you deal with activities that are core to your skills. It helps you to manage blogs, create social media campaigns and manage content for your campaigns. It has a wealth of templates for you to choose from. This means that you do not need an IT expert to implement the tool for your campaigns as the hard part has already been taken care of.

CONS: It can be difficult to navigate around the tool. Some of the features are difficult to find especially if you are not used to the hustle. For example, when it comes to finding the redirects page, I have to scale through different options before I can arrive at the page I am looking for. It would be better if they made the search feature for the pages easy for a smooth transition and operation of the product. For the Salesforce Hubspot integration, it was not all easy to make this happen. We had to find an expert on both platforms to help us complete the integration of the two successfully. The whole process was challenging even though the problem may be with Salesforce.

PROS: I was looking for tool that will help me to improve the marketing strategies of my company. We would like to integrate various aspects of the job into one comprehensive platforms. And we finally found Hubspot. We are using this platform for more than 6 months and we still find some new features and tools. My sales team love the integration with Salesforce and this integration helps them to build omni-channel strategies. Even if you work as a communication specialist you will find this platform very useful, because it offers everything you need from blogging, emails, landing pages, newsletters to smart lists.

CONS: I would like to see some new options for social media sharing and option to add/delete contacts in a smart list.

PROS: This platform is all in one. And by this I mean you have everything in one place: Blogging platform, customer database, keywords grader tool, email marketing, analytics, campaigns automation and workflows, social media management and competitor analysis. You are allowed to host your website on Hubspot too and you can personalize all your contents. You can create your own lists of leads and sales. You can align marketing and sales. It has great customer support service.

CONS: I cannot say that this platform is 100% perfect, but the good thing is that their team work on the improvements. I would like to swap content pieces within an existing workflow, otherwise I have to create a new one. I would like to see a feature where I can setup a folder structure for content and even images in front easily.

PROS: It takes care of both the beginners and expert marketers who want to thrive in their quest. With the basic knowledge of how it works, you can utilize the basic features of the product and have success in your marketing efforts. It accommodates even the most basic needs of a marketer and thus reliable on the same. If you are an expert marketer, you can venture into the advance features of the tool and have your way in terms of your marketing strategies. It advocates for automation of your marketing effort and thus allows you to concentrate on coming up with strategies and sales in general.

CONS: Although there is little to dislike about this tool, it is still worth mentioning. I would prefer that they have a permissions structure that works to prevent users from accessing areas that are sensitive. This would help keep off unauthorized persons from accessing the templates that you do not want them to access. Restricted access by users makes it possible and easy to manage your templates and campaigns. For example, we have more than 30 users on our platform who have different tasks in different areas. However, they are not restricted to access let alone edit all the templates on that platform. This means that we sometimes find them editing templates which they were not supposed to edit which brings about confusion and chaos.

PROS: Why you should try Hubspot? If you don’t have new ideas on how to create your content you can check the blog posts at any time. You have great customizable report features to extract the data you need. You are able to contact the customer support service to help you with creating specific list of leads, or if you have some issues. You can easily send emails to more than 65k contacts without a problem. You can easily understand how to run this program and use all its features.

CONS: What I don’t really like about this product is the fact that when I want to get some specific information about the clicks on the page I need use Google analytics instead. I would like to see this kind of reporting feature implemented.

PROS: You can use Hubspot as a tool for marketing strategies and to make sure that your users fully understand everything. This platform offers certifications, and this means that they will teach you everything you need to know, you can take even sales certifications or inbound marketing so you can improve your business in future. This product wants best for their customers.

CONS: I don’t have dislikes about this product. We have some issues with the email section but it’s not something to worry about.

PROS: This platform has clear and understandable features. I started to use the software immediately with no training at all. But, if you have some struggles with using the software you can find online trainings and you can easily figure out. Hubspot provides great marketing solutions and with many resources for best practices. Using this software you can focus on creating more professional content and at the same time you don’t have to worry about technical details of your website management processes.

CONS: I don’t like the reporting features, because some areas are more comprehensive than others. But on the other side, Hubspot provides with constant updates and they constantly work on their improvements.

PROS: You get what you expect with this tool. As an agency you have to deliver according to the expectations of the customers and that is what we do thanks to Hubspot. It allows us to respond to the needs of our clients through its inbound methodology that comes with it. The customer support is highly responsive and impressive when it comes to dealing with issues. We are able to solve issues and thus save the time we lost as a result. It integrates well with other tools especially third party software applications, which is a plus on our part. It helps to generate leads and convert easily and thus our clients remain happy which is good for business.

CONS: It has some limitations that may need improving if the tool is to be better in terms of performance. Even though Hubspot has developer tools that help businesses even without web development knowledge hack the process, those tools could be improved further. On top of that the certifications and training they provide for users could be made in such a way that users understand them better. In most occasions, some clients have come up to us so that we can train them on how to make the best use of the platform. The resources available may not be enough for non-tech savvy users looking to reap the benefits of this tool.

PROS: My work has become much easier when I started using Hubspot. I can easily integrate the on-site-code and have an access into my page. I am able to see what each customer has seen or done on my site, and this is very helpful especially when their tools provide me with customer’s email. An ability to turn email visitors into leads is more time-saving than outbound marketing. When the customers try to make a contact with the support team we know what features they want, what to ask about, what to talk about, we easily know what they do and don’t know. The snapengage integration is very useful as well.

CONS: I think that the price is high for small business, $200/monthly plus onboarding fee if you want to start. I would like to see their own live chat that I could turn on with the flick. All in all, the product is great. I believe I haven’t found all the features they offer yet.

PROS: It is an all-round tool which delivers according to the promise. Although there is a learning curve, I am able to find my way around the features that this tool has to offer. Customer support dis highly responsive and helpful when it comes to navigating your way around the tools this product has to offer. For my web development problems, Hubspot has come to help me solve such a problem. Since I know very little about web and software development, this is tool is able to provide me with the right tools for the purpose of developing my website without much hustle. As a result I am able to achieve my objectives for my website.

CONS: It has a few issues here and there when it comes to functionality. You would expect to edit a page without having to go through different processes and hurdles. However, for Hubspot, it is not the case as you have to complete different clicks and go through different pages to be able to edit a single page. PROS: Great SEO tools and content management. It helps my company to increase the number of leads we get. Hubspot offers powerful competitive tools and SEO measures so you can easily know where you are with your business. It has an easy to set up interface and offers an accessible platform. The Hubspot team is also constantly working on their improvements, updates, and functionality so they can meet all our needs.

CONS: What can I tell? The truth is, higher price doesn’t mean a better solution. To be honest, I would like to find a solution with all the components for successful marketing campaigns for a great price. I think that Hubspot provides an economy price though.

PROS: I can clearly say that I can accomplish everything I set out in HubSpot. To be honest, I need more time to find some assistance, or some tips and tricks or I can even call for a contact support but in the end I always finish my task with my website. I am not a web developer but the tools from this platform are really useful.

CONS: The control tools can be a little difficult to manage. Also, when I want to edit a page I need to go into three different places for several clicks and edits. When I modify my screens I see some updates on the screen. I think they need to work on their caching issues.

PROS: For my case I had it easy with the features and thus did not require any form of training to get started. On top of that, you can engage in self-training with their numerous training resources which can be accessed on the platform online. These resources come in handy when I come across an obstacle in using this tool. I can search online and get help there without much hustle. It is one stop shop for my marketing needs. It not only provides you with the tools but also explains to you how those tools can be used to help grow your business. It has a rich wealth of resources to help you understand the inbound marketing solutions it has in store which is a plus.

CONS: Although other features play a vital role in ensuring that you find it easy and helpful using this product, I am not happy about its reporting functionality. It is not uniform for all the areas of the product which can be disappointing. This means that you are set to lose out on this feature when you venture into some areas Hubspot has to offer. However, with the recent and frequent updates of this tool, you can expect that some of these issues will be addressed moving forward. The technical team takes into consideration some of the queries and issues users face when using this product and with that they look to make it better in terms of the functionality.

PROS: There is a lot of learning that takes place with Hubspot. It not only offers marketing and sales solutions for businesses, but you also get to learn more about what you are supposed to do. It has certifications that will equip you the right knowledge and practice of being a marketer and the functionalities the tool has to offer. Once you take up these certifications the product has to offer, you will be well equipped to manage your campaigns and make the best use of the tool for the benefit of your business. Examples of those certifications include the Hubspot certification, inbound sales and marketing certifications.

CONS: It is a tool like no other. Perfection is just a myth when it comes to business applications as they have flaws. However, for Hubspot I cannot think of anything that plays a major role to hinder my business from attaining its objectives. It is a reliable tool when it comes to managing my campaigns. The inbound marketing and sales features allow us to reach our objectives within a short period and in totality. The learning certifications that come with it help us learn new ways of making use of the product the best way we know how. In short, everything is intact which adds value to our efforts.

PROS: What I liked a lot about this product is the content management system it has on. It helps me to manage all the content that I create for my blogs. It can be difficult to manage content especially if you have a lot of it. With Hubspot, I can store the content, organize it well, and track it with the utmost professionalism. Since I am always creating content for my blogs, having a system that work in terms of tracking and organizing my content is key. I do not have to worry about where my content is or where I have kept it as Hubspot does that for me. In short, everything is where it is supposed to be and thus I can concentrate on writing or creating content which makes me even more productive.

CONS: It has a social media application to it but it does not work as I would have expected it to. It would be better if they improved on this to make it more reliable in future for my campaigns. Also, it allows for one to upload content in bulk. Although this saves time and the effort you would have used to upload once item at a time, it does not provide the simplicity it promises. The technical team could make this easier and flexible for all social media networks, as it is only available for Twitter platform. The social dash is not like that in Oktopost in terms of design and thus ore work should be done on that too.

PROS: I really loved the transactional email API they have on. It helps us to make our work easier at the end. We are able to integrate the onsite code for better management of the landing page. When it comes to knowing what customers want and know, we are able to make calls while knowing what they want or are looking for. This in return allows us to ask the right questions and offer solutions to their problems. It helps improve the visibility of the activities the customers do on our site. By tracking their behavior, we are able to convert the visits in the form of emails into leads. This saves time and money and thus better for our business. The Snap engage functionality is also intuitive and makes it easy for online to chat live.

CONS: The cost that comes with using this tool is high if you have a small business. Spending $200 per month on a small business can be too much, having in mind that you have other operations which need financing. There is also an onboarding fee which you will incur. Luckily, if you communicate and present your case with the team, they can reduce this fee to a more reasonable one. They do not have a live chat feature of their own which means you have to go over different hurdles to chat live with your customers. It also has a learning curve which might prove to be a difficult learning experience for a beginner.

PROS: HubSpot has great and intuitive interface that makes the lead management and marketing automation easy to set up, this is great tool for our marketing department. We can create landing pages, email workflows, reports and form from one place. As I said before, this platform is easy to use and you can learn to use it within a week. The support is great and they are always willing to help. I have certificate after using Hubspot, their training programs are great and really helpful.

CONS: I don’t have any dislikes by now.

PROS: There is much to go around when it comes to Hubspot in terms of functionalities. You will love the site of the product as the interface is simple and the features are intuitive. The layout is easy to comprehend which makes it simple when using. If you have many contacts from customers or suppliers to upload into the system, you do not have to upload one at a time as you can do this in bulk, at once. It also helps to track and manage leads on your website while it automates the entire process. The customer support is top notch as it provides you with solutions on how to make the best fuse of this product for your business.

CONS: Even with a great application, it cannot be all perfect for your business. There are few hitches that come in terms of performance which you have to deal with. For the case of Hubspot, its reporting functionality is not as you would expect especially if you are looking for advanced reporting features. Although it integrates well with third party applications, when I comes to social media it does not integrate with LinkedIn. This has limited us at a great level when we want to launch our campaigns on this social media network. It would be nice if such dislikes were addressed by the development team such that future upgrades of the tool would include those deficiencies.
