What are the best aspects of this product?
My work has become much easier when I started using Hubspot. I can easily integrate the on-site-code and have an access into my page. I am able to see what each customer has seen or done on my site, and this is very helpful especially when their tools provide me with customer’s email. An ability to turn email visitors into leads is more time-saving than outbound marketing. When the customers try to make a contact with the support team we know what features they want, what to ask about, what to talk about, we easily know what they do and don’t know. The snapengage integration is very useful as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think that the price is high for small business, $200/monthly plus onboarding fee if you want to start. I would like to see their own live chat that I could turn on with the flick. All in all, the product is great. I believe I haven’t found all the features they offer yet.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Hubspot helps us to develop our inbound strategies, and focus on the execution. The platform is especially helpful for marketing automation and transactional emails. The product is great if you are new to marketing and sales.
