What are the best aspects of this product?

It has everything to do with inbound marketing in a single place. From email marketing to managing and tracking leads, you get all the benefits of a modern marketing tool. Everything is intuitive which means that you get to benefit from marketing automation on the platform. This means that you can free up some of the resources as some tasks will be automated to help you deal with activities that are core to your skills. It helps you to manage blogs, create social media campaigns and manage content for your campaigns. It has a wealth of templates for you to choose from. This means that you do not need an IT expert to implement the tool for your campaigns as the hard part has already been taken care of.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be difficult to navigate around the tool. Some of the features are difficult to find especially if you are not used to the hustle. For example, when it comes to finding the redirects page, I have to scale through different options before I can arrive at the page I am looking for. It would be better if they made the search feature for the pages easy for a smooth transition and operation of the product. For the Salesforce Hubspot integration, it was not all easy to make this happen. We had to find an expert on both platforms to help us complete the integration of the two successfully. The whole process was challenging even though the problem may be with Salesforce.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had a problem with developing reliable content marketing strategies, managing the leads and tracking them altogether. With Hubspot we were able to get the metrics on our results and campaigns so that we can implement inbound marketing for improved results. We have since seen positive results in terms of increased traffic to our website and conversion of the leads. With the high traffic, new customers and followers on social media, we are bound to get more in future thanks to this product. Hubspot has allowed us to improve on content marketing which has translated to the increased activities on our website which was what we were looking for.
