What are the best aspects of this product?
I really loved the transactional email API they have on. It helps us to make our work easier at the end. We are able to integrate the onsite code for better management of the landing page. When it comes to knowing what customers want and know, we are able to make calls while knowing what they want or are looking for. This in return allows us to ask the right questions and offer solutions to their problems. It helps improve the visibility of the activities the customers do on our site. By tracking their behavior, we are able to convert the visits in the form of emails into leads. This saves time and money and thus better for our business. The Snap engage functionality is also intuitive and makes it easy for online to chat live.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The cost that comes with using this tool is high if you have a small business. Spending $200 per month on a small business can be too much, having in mind that you have other operations which need financing. There is also an onboarding fee which you will incur. Luckily, if you communicate and present your case with the team, they can reduce this fee to a more reasonable one. They do not have a live chat feature of their own which means you have to go over different hurdles to chat live with your customers. It also has a learning curve which might prove to be a difficult learning experience for a beginner.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has come at a time when we are at the verge of implementing our inbound marketing strategies. Most tasks that we would have to carry out manually are being automated by Hubspot. This means that we can free up our major resources and concentrate on our core skills which are coming up with a working strategy and executing it. On top of that, it deals with all tasks that relate to transactional emails and email marketing to keep our business at the top. In short, it has managed to give us a boost in terms of marketing and sales effort thereby giving us a better fighting chance in the market.
