What are the best aspects of this product?

There is much to go around when it comes to Hubspot in terms of functionalities. You will love the site of the product as the interface is simple and the features are intuitive. The layout is easy to comprehend which makes it simple when using. If you have many contacts from customers or suppliers to upload into the system, you do not have to upload one at a time as you can do this in bulk, at once. It also helps to track and manage leads on your website while it automates the entire process. The customer support is top notch as it provides you with solutions on how to make the best fuse of this product for your business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Even with a great application, it cannot be all perfect for your business. There are few hitches that come in terms of performance which you have to deal with. For the case of Hubspot, its reporting functionality is not as you would expect especially if you are looking for advanced reporting features. Although it integrates well with third party applications, when I comes to social media it does not integrate with LinkedIn. This has limited us at a great level when we want to launch our campaigns on this social media network. It would be nice if such dislikes were addressed by the development team such that future upgrades of the tool would include those deficiencies.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is able to solve some of the major issues we had with our marketing campaigns. When it comes to outbound sales, you need a system that takes care of your contacts and communicates with the sales team to make the process easy and effortless. With Hubspot, we have been able to find a solution for this as the CRM helps to organize those contacts such that the sales team can access them with fast which makes their work easier. This is made possible through the drip campaign. We get a lot of inorganic information and duplicate leads where we have to sort this out on our own. Luckily, Hubspot automates this process to ease that pressure on our side during optimization of the same.
