What are the best aspects of this product?

I can create and assign multiple projects to different teams and track each one closely. I can also share team members across projects. That gives me a lot of flexibility to optimize resources based on project load.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish subscription is open to other currencies, which will help companies like us that deal with contractors in different parts of the world. I also hope there's a way to template individual reporting to circumvent manual entries.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Automating timesheets and, overall, improving efficiency. We no longer spend so much time doing manual time entries for payroll. I can also keep tabs on contractors using screen shot-tracking.
