PROS: Hubstaff centralizes all your employees' log-ins and log-outs in one user-friendly and modern designed dashboard. Employees can also give updates on their work by taking screenshots which they can send to their bosses.
CONS: I wish it could sum up the overall time spent on a project. This way, we could segment which ones are time-consuming, thus better prioritize our work projects.

PROS: Hubstaff promotes the use of hourly work arrangements. I prefer getting paid on an hourly basis so Hubstaff suits my needs perfectly.
CONS: I wish there are actions I can do like when accidentally canceling a project offer. It happened to me once but I appreciate that Hubstaff responded and addressed my concern in a timely manner.

PROS: Hubstaff scales up productivity by ensuring employees are down on their work and not dilly-dallying especially when not physically present in the office. It serves as a central system for billing, real-time work progress monitoring, and performance assessment reporting, automating work processes for more efficiency.
CONS: It would be better if adjusting time zones would be more trouble-free. And because it takes screenshots of your employees, this may be exposing employees to unwanted data privacy breaches.

PROS: It's an ultimate monitoring system for staff members on the time they allot on a project up and the current status of their work as we can get screenshots of what they are doing on their screens. It's also a big plus for me that it merges well with our task administration software.
CONS: We had a minor issue in the past on the integration with one of the software we use but that has been fixed in a few hours by a Hubstaff tech support expert.

Hubstaff has been the perfect tool for this. It is easy to use and provides screenshots of the activities of other staff working remotely.
