Hubstaff Review

PROS: Very easy to use, highly functional, and with a sleek, modern interface, Hubstaff has become integral in our operations. Beyond the software, it rises above expectations when it comes to customer support. Hubstaff's customer representatives are very knowledgeable and reliable, consistent in resolving issues very promptly.

CONS: Hubstaff has never disappointed me.

PROS: Hubstaff is an excellent time management and salary-tracking solution.

CONS: There's no major deal breaker really but the interface should be more user-friendly to prevent the need for a long learning phase to master the app.

PROS: Hubstaff is a user-friendly solution to validate if employees are working on tasks delegated to them.

CONS: My team and I have not encountered anything wrong with Hubstaff yet. Training everyone to learn the software was easy perhaps because we're just eight members.

PROS: Hubstaff centralizes all your employees' log-ins and log-outs in one user-friendly and modern designed dashboard. Employees can also give updates on their work by taking screenshots which they can send to their bosses.

CONS: I wish it could sum up the overall time spent on a project. This way, we could segment which ones are time-consuming, thus better prioritize our work projects.

PROS: Hubstaff promotes the use of hourly work arrangements. I prefer getting paid on an hourly basis so Hubstaff suits my needs perfectly.

CONS: I wish there are actions I can do like when accidentally canceling a project offer. It happened to me once but I appreciate that Hubstaff responded and addressed my concern in a timely manner.

PROS: A user-friendly tool that gives real-time updates on the projects that are keeping your team busy.

CONS: I hope it could consider offering overall project management features.

PROS: Hubstaff scales up productivity by ensuring employees are down on their work and not dilly-dallying especially when not physically present in the office. It serves as a central system for billing, real-time work progress monitoring, and performance assessment reporting, automating work processes for more efficiency.

CONS: It would be better if adjusting time zones would be more trouble-free. And because it takes screenshots of your employees, this may be exposing employees to unwanted data privacy breaches.

PROS: Hubstaff is very intuitive to use; it didn't take long for everyone to be on board.

CONS: Just at the start, I had difficulties modifying dates but eventually figured how to do it.

PROS: Hubstaff's pack of features is beneficial. I am particularly impressed with the screen capture feature which allows me to check on what an employee is up to.

CONS: I am extremely satisfied with the app that I have nothing to fill in here.

PROS: It's an ultimate monitoring system for staff members on the time they allot on a project up and the current status of their work as we can get screenshots of what they are doing on their screens. It's also a big plus for me that it merges well with our task administration software.

CONS: We had a minor issue in the past on the integration with one of the software we use but that has been fixed in a few hours by a Hubstaff tech support expert.

PROS: Starting with the aesthetically appealing dashboard up to its merging smoothly with several different external platforms, Hubstaff gives us satisfaction.

CONS: It should revive its weekly reporting of hours.

PROS: I am very happy with how Hubstaff is making my accounting tasks easy breezy. As a freelancer, handling finance-related tasks may be overwhelming and keeps me from just accepting projects after one another. Now, I can focus on the content I create and attract more clients.

CONS: I have nothing negative to say about Hubstaff

PROS: Hubstaff gave me access to their screens and know which ones are working hard and deserving of bonuses. I can also easily weed out those that are constantly lax.

CONS: It took a long while before my entire team could be comfortable with Hubstaff.

PROS: Time-tracking and payment reports are made very easy to do because they are automated.

CONS: I wish reports outlined points in a more straightforward manner. The monthly cost for Hubstaff is also too much for a small business like ours so we're actively exploring other apps.

PROS: I can create and assign multiple projects to different teams and track each one closely. I can also share team members across projects. That gives me a lot of flexibility to optimize resources based on project load.

CONS: I wish subscription is open to other currencies, which will help companies like us that deal with contractors in different parts of the world. I also hope there's a way to template individual reporting to circumvent manual entries.

PROS: For remote workers like me who have clients and business partners from a different side of the world, it is important that we track our working hours and activities in real-time to enhance productivity. Hubstaff has been the perfect tool for this. It is easy to use and provides screenshots of the activities of other staff working remotely. I highly recommend this to freelancers and other online companies that have remote employees.

CONS: I hope they can improve their interface and make it lighter to enhance user experience. It sometimes causes lagging to my computer, especially when multiple tabs are open.
