Amazingly easy to use and useful

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's an ultimate monitoring system for staff members on the time they allot on a project up and the current status of their work as we can get screenshots of what they are doing on their screens. It's also a big plus for me that it merges well with our task administration software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had a minor issue in the past on the integration with one of the software we use but that has been fixed in a few hours by a Hubstaff tech support expert.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Hubstaff helped us achieve the level of transparency we want when it comes to being in the know of our employees' work.
