Great but quite costly

What are the best aspects of this product?

Time-tracking and payment reports are made very easy to do because they are automated.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish reports outlined points in a more straightforward manner. The monthly cost for Hubstaff is also too much for a small business like ours so we're actively exploring other apps.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Often, work from home arrangements can be abused thereby taking its toll on productivity. But Hubstaff's superb tracking function allowed me to trust the system.
