What are the best aspects of this product?

Hubstaff centralizes all your employees' log-ins and log-outs in one user-friendly and modern designed dashboard. Employees can also give updates on their work by taking screenshots which they can send to their bosses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish it could sum up the overall time spent on a project. This way, we could segment which ones are time-consuming, thus better prioritize our work projects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Hubstaff provided us a way to identify who are the performers in the company whom we should give a raise. We never again have to worry about productivity slowing down when activating remote work arrangements.
