What are the best aspects of this product?

The IBM Marketing Cloud Interface is really easy on the eyes. The software is user-friendly. With a bit of training, a majority should be well-versed in creating, sending, and measuring e-mails. Automated programs and reporting features are available for advanced users. They can easily be accessed without sacrificing on vison or power.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you're having an issue that entails advanced info, it can be a pain to land an actual answer. Customer support has a tendency to lash out with canned answers. If you're able to reach someone who's technically inclined, they're superb!

IBM is making things easier to make professional-looking and transaction-based e-mails. They're affiliated with a ton of partners. So even if you don't get the things you need, you'll likely land a solution with easy integration.
