What are the best aspects of this product?

The IBM Marketing Cloud has everything you can imagine in creating comprehensive marketing campaigns. The only thing limitation here is your imagination on what should be done.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

On its own, the platform is blank version of canvas. It's entirely on you and your team to start creating your campaigns. If you don't own a paid staff of full-time experts in building and managing of daily campaigns, this won't be an ideal solution to begin with.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Now we're capable of tracking and interacting with loyal customers via drip campaigns and by managing our database carefully. With the use of metrics, we have better understanding on what matters most to customers.
