What are the best aspects of this product?
I have used many other tools before IBM, and from my experience this is great dynamic marketing automation tool. It offers all the features I need so I can work on simple marketing campaign, I’m able to automate complicated marketing programs. It has active community where we share ideas, flag bugs, suggest new features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This tool misses some important integrations with 3rd party tools. The inbound and landing page reporting options doesn’t work as they should. The interface can be complicate to navigate for newbies and some admins functions and setups are quite confusing. But on the other hand, they have really improved the interface user-experience.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With IBM we are sure that the right audience gets the message and at the right time. It provides us with right data and platform. We use its features so we can make the outbond digital marketing targeted and more effective. We are able to keep track of the behavior and to collect data in our IBM account from website behavioral data, rational table data, landing pages and web forms. It allows us to send automated and personalized emails to the right audience.
