PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, IBM is easy to use, it has great test mailing features. There is even an option for previewing the mail so you can know how it looks like on a mobile device or tablet. It has split view. There are options to merge data fields and even queries, to schedule mailing, to track those who open your emails and hyperlinks in the emails. I like that this product can be used by everyone, because it is user friendly and it has great interface.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot paste pictures, the mails won’t save automatically and this means that I have to start all over again. It’s hard to move things around mailing and to remove hyperlinks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The IBM tool helps us to target our audience and to inform them about our events. The mailings are interactive and user-friendly. We are able to enter info, pictures and links in order to create mailing more professional.
