What are the best aspects of this product?

I have to say that they have really improved this product, in the past it was made for email marketing but now it offers many other options in order to improve the email marketing and campaigns. It’s eye0catching, and the sending process is much better. This tool is powerful and I really love all its features. It’s more than just email delivery, and list management tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As Enterprise solution is less intuitive than other ESP tools, the email templates are not versatile, you get one template for every category like transactional, ecommerce, thank-you, welcome and other. It doesn’t offer pre-built templates with editor.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In the beginning we started to use this software as an ESP tool but now we are using it more as Marketing tool since it’s updated and improved. We look forward to integrate it with Dynamics so it can be more helpful for our Sales team to interact with online organization.
