What are the best aspects of this product?

This product is strong marketing automation tool and I’m using it for my clients who are in various industries. It has great platform and options that allows us to drag and drop steps like emails, lead routes and other and to change and customize the database based on the behavioral information. Our clients love this tool and they found it very helpful for lead nurturing, landing page creation and even web tracking.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting options are limited when it comes to customization. I really need some features for creating automated data export from some user interface or to create some customized reports that can be easily generate daily. Also, I don’t like the A/B testing as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps my clients to deliver more personalized messages to their clients and to customize it to every individual. It helps us to automate the data processes instead of doing this manually. And it helps us to link the sales and marketing in one campaign.
