What are the best aspects of this product?

IBM Marketing product is a tool that provides me with everything I can imagine in order to create robust marketing campaigns. It helps me to accomplish almost everything when it comes to marketing projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform is basic, and it depends on you and your team to build and create your own campaigns. Something that I don’t like is the fact that if you are not expert in building and managing campaigns daily then it would be hard for you to use this product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to keep track and interact with our customers via campaigns and to manage our database. We are using its metrics so we can better understand the needs of our subscribers.
