What are the best aspects of this product?
IBM tool offers great set of features and integration with Silverpop. As email-heavy company that relies on direct communication, this tool helps us to integrate everything into our internal and customized CRM. I love how managing contact is easy and effortlessly and it is also very easy to track the productivity of our marketing efforts.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Our team has struggles with the onboarding process. Also, the menus and descriptions cannot be comprehend easily and we cannot figure out why this product configure some functions the way it did.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our company is 30 years old, and we marketed our products and services via various mediums, but now the focus is more on our customer’s needs instead of what we want them to want/need. We were searching for rich solution that would help us to integrate our marketing in one place. And IBM marketing cloud does the job.
