Good tool for real estate management

What are the best aspects of this product?

This program is a complete package for facilities management. It covers inventory, maintenance, leasing, construction... everything! I also find it a plus that it's available in UX by IBM! The integration are awesome as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface slows down at times and it affects the work flows.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is helpful in real estate contract management and facility maintenance because of its automations. It expedited all our processes.
