IBM TRIRIGA Review

PROS: I love how Tririga is aligned according to FASB needs.

CONS: The reporting feature can be improved.

PROS: This software made it possible to customize the solutions we're offering to our clients without having to deal with complicated codes.

CONS: We experienced some glitches while using it, but these are immediately addressed with the regular updates. Updates take time to be available sometimes though.

PROS: This program is a complete package for facilities management. It covers inventory, maintenance, leasing, construction... everything! I also find it a plus that it's available in UX by IBM! The integration are awesome as well.

CONS: The user interface slows down at times and it affects the work flows.

PROS: We have great experience using this software. We're able to improve the way we manage our leasing activities and capital projects.

CONS: It slows down sometimes and the user inteface could use a little revamping.

PROS: TRIRIGA improved our workplace in different ways. It improved our facilities management, our relationships and the services we offer to our clients. We were also able to generate larger returns.

CONS: They should improve on the integrations with other programs and make it more adaptable.

PROS: I love Tririga's features, as well as the user interface!

CONS: I think the people in the support team needs more training to fully assist users.

PROS: Tririga is a good tool if you want to automate and customize your processess such as maintenance work orders.

CONS: Launching the product and having the product approved took time.

PROS: Tririga is not only beneficial to us, but to our clients as well. Its data visualization is impeccable.

CONS: I hope they would make it more intuitive for non-programmers and end-users.

PROS: The developers did a good job with Tririga! It allows users to effectively manage capital projects and other lease-related activities. The overall user-experience is top-notch.

CONS: Some pages are taking time to load. I also hope they would improve the appearance of the user interface.

PROS: It's really easy to use and makes our work faster. It's a pretty simple app.

CONS: Since it's simple, it could be challenging to do complex projects.

PROS: The best feature of Tririga is the reports generation! It is capable of producing informative and detailed reports.

CONS: It's lagging sometimes.

PROS: What I like most about Tririga are the auditing tools and its space measurement capabilities. This is extremely helpful in managing occupancy and planning facility utilization. It can also facilitate forging space use agreements, cost tracking, and scheduling to increase accountability among users.

CONS: This software is continuously improving and updating, so all issues are being resolved in no time.

PROS: This program is an all-in-one solution to our company's needs.

CONS: Since it's a bit complex, learning to use Tririga can take time.

PROS: TRIRIGA's interface is customizable so you can adjust it based on your needs. It also allows users to create customizable forms and work flows.

CONS: I'm not really impressed with the look. It seems outdated. I hope they would make it more modernized and more intuitive.
