What are the best aspects of this product?
I have an Instagram account for my small business. Iconosquare helps me to track all the posts and how my followers engage with them. With such data, I am able to be creative and come up with strategies that are result oriented. I can see the statistics of how many people are engaging with what I post on Instagram. It can be difficult knowing how your posts are being taken by your followers on social media. Luckily, with this tool, everything can seem easy as you will be able to know how such posts engage with follower and what you need to do to make them more engaging.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is a great tool when it comes to scheduling of posts on Instagram. However, the platform, Instagram, does not integrate well with this tool which can lead to problems or difficulties utilizing it. Although it offers end to end solutions when it comes to knowing how your followers are engaging with your posts and also the ability to schedule when and at what time you should upload the posts, the integration with Instagram is not that intuitive. All in all, I am satisfied with what the tool has to offer which has become a plus for my business.
